Ti Marie is the founder and CEO of Timarieco, a company overseeing a diverse portfolio that includes real estate and business acquisitions, property management, and construction. After retiring from corporate America at the age of 29, Ti Marie applied her expertise in finance, banking, and investing to build a thriving entrepreneurial career.

In addition to her business pursuits, Ti Marie is deeply committed to mentorship, dedicating her time to supporting youth and parents through community organizations and churches. She also contributes her expertise to a local nonprofit focused on youth and parent mentorship. Her work with the teacher's union in Charlotte, NC, further reflects her dedication to community service, where she supported teachers in securing legal counsel and advocacy.

In recent years, Ti Marie has achieved notable success in real estate investment, acquiring and renovating multiple value-add properties. Her passion for creating housing that is safe, clean, affordable, and aesthetically pleasing is evident in every project she undertakes.
