Te-Sha Lee

Te-Sha Lee is a conscientious entrepreneur and the sole proprietor of Ekari Properties, as well as the co-founder of JLM Productions. Since establishing both Columbus-based businesses in 2021, Te-Sha has been dedicated to her vision of providing safe, affordable, and quality housing.

With over a decade of experience spanning the non-profit, private, and public sectors, Te-Sha possesses a deep understanding of community needs and the significant impact of financial education and resources. As a licensed financial professional for five years, she has empowered families by advancing their financial literacy, stability, and overall quality of life.

In her role as a real estate investor, Te-Sha has mastered the BRRR (Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance) method to acquire multiple rental properties throughout Franklin County. Her commitment to the community extends through her provision of affordable housing for low-, middle-, and working-class families and individuals. Her expertise includes rehabbing, property restoration, and management of both shared and single-family homes.



A lifelong resident of Columbus, Ohio, Te-Sha earned her Bachelor of Arts from Franklin University in 2009 and holds both a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Human Resources from Keller Graduate School of Management, awarded in 2013. She is the proud mother of three children who are learning the value of entrepreneurship and community service. Te-Sha is passionate about education, financial literacy, and wealth creation, and is committed to sharing her knowledge to make a lasting impact on others.
