Richard Adiansingh

Richard Adiansingh is a seasoned professional leader with over 20 years of experience in raising capital, sales, and real estate development. He has successfully purchased, rehabilitated, and managed REO single-family and multi-family homes, overseeing all phases of operating a real estate development firm. Richard has also represented investors in acquiring bulk packages of single-family homes and has built strong relationships with equity sources while negotiating with contractors to manage property construction.

Key Accomplishments:

• Submitted offers of $60M, $20M, $2M, and $1M for bulk sale purchases on behalf of private investors.
• Cultivated and maintained key relationships with banks and private equity firms.
• Pioneered best practices that were later adopted across the region.

In addition to his work in real estate, Richard has been responsible for managing a community youth treatment home. He implemented best practices and evidence-based treatment aimed at improving the social, spiritual, psychological, and physical well-being of the youth. As director, he led a staff of five, managed the program's budget, developed the staff, and secured increased program funding.
