Margaret is the visionary founder and CEO of Lady Margaret Enterprises LLC, a real estate investment and development company focused on revitalizing properties. As a seasoned real estate investor and redeveloper, Margaret has a proven track record of transforming properties into high-value assets. Her passion for breathing new life into spaces is matched by her dedication to creating affordable housing solutions. With a deep commitment to community impact, Margaret strives to balance strategic investment with meaningful community development, ensuring that quality housing is accessible to all.

Margaret is particularly passionate about increasing accessibility and affordability for individuals facing economic insecurity and those who have historically encountered barriers to homeownership and real estate investing.

Professionally, Margaret brings over 35 years of experience as a Claims Supervisor at Chubb Insurance Company, where she oversees both personal and commercial claims on domestic and national scales.

A proud native of Columbus, Ohio, Margaret is a graduate of Spelman College in Atlanta, Georgia, where she earned a degree in Computer Science with a minor in Business Administration. Her leadership extends to service on the boards of Heart of Christ Community Church, the Columbus Claims Association, and the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance. She has also held the role of Community Relations Director for the Linden Cleve Theater.

Margaret’s commitment to service goes beyond her career. She is a former Meals on Wheels volunteer and remains deeply engaged in her community, continuing to advocate for positive change.
