Lauren McAdams

Lauren McAdams is the Senior Vice President at Global Payments, Inc., a Fortune 500 publicly traded fintech company, and co-owner of QBR LLC, a commercial construction and casework manufacturing company. Additionally, she is the sole owner of McAdams Family Ventures, LLC, a real estate investment organization established in 2020.

Lauren holds Bachelor’s degrees in Social Science from Ohio University and Business Administration from Ohio Dominican University. Her commitment to community service is evident in her role as a certified Guardian Ad Litem for Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) in Franklin County, where she has witnessed firsthand the critical impact of stable, affordable, and safe housing on family success.



Growing up in Whitehall, Ohio, as the middle of five children, Lauren now resides in Carroll, Ohio with her spouse and four children. With over twenty years of experience in sales and operations, Lauren is dedicated to achieving results-oriented, performance-based outcomes. She firmly believes in the principle that one can do well by doing good.
