Karee Martin

As the CEO of Central Contractor’s & Redevelopment, LLC. Karee’ Martin is an emerging

builder developer and licensed general contractor specializing in renovation, new construction,

project management, and value engineering with 22 years of a diverse background in real

estate and extensive experience in planning, executing, and managing various small- to

large-scale and complex site redevelopment projects in Franklin County.

She possesses a large spectrum of experience in real estate, project and property

management, and employee development and is successful in creating an independent,

for-profit construction company to address issues of community building, rehabbing dilapidated

properties, and working with city code enforcement and neighborhood association committees.

Fully licensed and bonded, Central Contractor’s is woman- and minority-owned and certified

with the State of Ohio. Karee has a proven track record of providing construction management,

project management, and permitting management services to manage Capex projects to create

win-win situations to assist with managing an array of real estate, including privately held and

bank-owned single-family homes, mobile home parks, turnkey commercial redevelopment

projects, room additions, new buildings, and commercial build-outs to meet project

requirements, client needs, risk profiles, and investment objectives.

In her spare time, she enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.
