Greg Kramarius

Greg Kramarius is a LIHTC underwriter at Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing (OCCH) and a seasoned commercial real estate investor. In his current role, Greg is responsible for performing comprehensive evaluations of transactions, structuring tax credit investments, and identifying risks and mitigating factors. To date, he has underwritten over 700 units, securing $120 million in LIHTC equity and $140 million in total development costs.

Before joining OCCH, Greg served as a Securities-Based Lender in J.P. Morgan Private Bank, where he underwrote and structured portfolio lines of credit and margin loans ranging from $250K to $250 million for Private Bank clients.

With over seven years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Greg brings a well-rounded perspective that includes experience in corporate real estate, commercial real estate brokerage, and work with a local developer. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Real Estate Studies with honors and an Ohio Real Estate License.
