Dr. Keisha J. Hunley-Jenkins, Esq. is a distinguished leader with extensive expertise in policy, educational administration, and law. She holds a PhD and MA in Educational Administration, a JD from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, and undergraduate degrees from The Ohio State University. Currently, Dr. Hunley-Jenkins serves as the Founding Principal and CEO of Executive Outcome Resources and as the Founding Executive Director of the Boys & Young Men of Color Collective.


Throughout her career, Dr. Hunley-Jenkins has held several high-profile roles. She served as the Director of Outreach & Engagement for the Columbus Coalition to End Tobacco Targeting Campaign, and she established and managed the Equity Now Coalition as its Managing Consultant. In her role as Founding Senior Director of the Columbus City Schools Office of Student Mentoring Initiatives, she significantly improved high school graduation rates. Additionally, she advised on key budgetary and policy decisions as Director of External Affairs for Mayor Michael B. Coleman, where she also led Columbus’s efforts in response to President Obama’s My Brother’s Keeper Challenge.



An active and committed community leader, Dr. Hunley-Jenkins believes that secure housing is fundamental for individuals to benefit fully from educational and social support systems. As part of this belief, she is expanding her work to include affordable housing and real estate development, aiming to integrate housing solutions into her broader efforts to improve community well-being.
