Dominique Royal

Dom Royal is a seasoned business leader and entrepreneur with extensive experience in short-term rental management and grant program administration. As the President and CEO of SuiteLife since November 2018, Dom has successfully managed 25 units and driven a remarkable 50% year-over-year revenue growth. He has established key partnerships with property owners, real estate professionals, and online platforms, optimizing property acquisition and enhancing the company's portfolio through rental arbitrage. His leadership has been crucial in navigating regulatory challenges and ensuring the company's financial health through strategic budgeting and financial planning.

Previously, as the Grant Program Manager at Capital Transportation Academy from May 2019 to January 2023, Dom managed the Roads 2 Work Program—a $1.2 million grant supporting CDL training for underserved communities. His efforts in guiding participants from admission to job placement significantly bolstered the academy's reputation.



Dom holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a major in Marketing from Ohio Northern University. His well-rounded skill set includes leadership, sales, customer service, and the ability to solve complex problems under pressure.
