Mikey Jenkins is a seasoned real estate developer, investor, and custom home designer, as well as the owner and Chief Operating Officer of 3D Visionz. Known for his innovative home designs, professionalism, and meticulous attention to detail, Mikey has developed a distinctive approach to homebuilding in Central Ohio and the surrounding areas. His unique flair, creativity, and visionary mindset consistently attract buyers, often leading to sales above asking price and setting record-high comparables in every community he touches.

With over 10 years of experience in real estate, Mikey has executed more than 100 deals, encompassing wholesaling, creative financing, deal structuring, single-family developments, renovation rehabs, rental properties, project management, contracting, consulting, and mentoring. He also specializes in architectural designs, bringing a fresh and artistic perspective to his projects.



Mikey's passion for design, real estate, and entrepreneurship is deeply rooted in his family heritage. Raised in a family of builders, home designers, realtors, and entrepreneurs, Mikey was immersed in the industry from a young age. His grandfather, a “Master Custom Home Designer and Builder,” was a significant influence on his career, and Mikey learned many trades simply by spending time on construction sites. Many say that "he was born with it," and his lifelong exposure to real estate has been the foundation of his success.

In 2013, Mikey transitioned to real estate development full-time, leveraging his previous experiences and expertise to grow 3D Visionz into a thriving company. Known for his direct approach, which stems from his precision and imagination, Mikey excels at bringing visions to life in both investments and business ventures. His down-to-earth personality, effective communication, and networking skills have enabled him to build strong relationships with high-achieving business partners. These authentic partnerships have allowed him to scale his company and achieve greater success.

One of Mikey’s latest initiatives is the creation of a mentorship program, where he offers coaching and guidance to individuals new to the real estate industry, helping them navigate the complexities of the field.

When not focused on design, Mikey enjoys spending time as a devoted husband and father of two, playing tennis, and traveling the world. His travels provide continuous inspiration and insights into the global real estate market.
