Cephas Pearson

Cephas Pearson began his real estate career in 2002 when he became a licensed real

estate agent in the state of Ohio. Based on data collected by the Columbus Board of Realtors

he is in the top 10% of all sales agents. Cephas is also the team leader for “The Pearson Team”

which is a group of licensed real estate professionals. He provides the team with innovative

tools, coaching, and leadership. They have played an integral role in helping 300+ families with

their real estate purchase and/or sell within the last 5 years and have assisted their network of

investors to build multi million dollar portfolios.

In addition to his duties as a licensed agent Cephas has also built a substantial real

estate portfolio with holdings throughout the greater Columbus area. He has made a

commitment to providing quality affordable housing. His resume includes over 20 years of

investment experience in which he has also functioned as his own general contractor.



Cephas is a 1999 graduate of The Ohio State University with a B.S. Education. He

continued his education at The Ohio State University and received his Masters in Education in

2002. He had a dual career in education and real estate until 2016 in which he made the

decision to focus all his efforts on his real estate career.
