Brandon Logan

Brandon Logan is an accomplished real estate executive and construction manager with over a decade of industry experience and a strong educational background. A proud graduate of the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, Brandon earned a Bachelor of Arts in General Studies with concentrations in Education and African American and African Studies in 2009. At Michigan, he also demonstrated his athletic prowess as a three-time varsity letter winner on the university's football team, contributing to the team’s victory in the 2009 Capital One Bowl.

Since 2022, Brandon has served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of No. 15 Properties, LLC in Columbus, OH. In this role, he is responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve the company's real estate development goals. His leadership has been instrumental in successful affordable housing projects, including the acquisition and rehabilitation of single-family homes and the construction of new residential properties.

In addition to his role at No. 15 Properties, Brandon has been a Residential Construction Manager with JLD Construction since 2009. Here, he has refined his skills in project management, budget oversight, and compliance with building codes, leading to increased productivity and profitability across various construction projects.

Outside of his professional achievements, Brandon is a dedicated husband and father of two boys. He is committed to giving back to the community through mentorship, particularly by coaching youth sports and instilling important values and skills in the next generation.
