Tyneisha Harden

Director of EDAP & Community Engagement

Tyneisha is a dedicated external affairs and project management professional with a passion for positive social impact and community advancement. Her experience includes supporting executive leaders and initiatives in the public and private sectors utilizing strategic communication and project management strategies.


Tyneisha has over twelve years of professional experience leading large community projects, including managing Columbus State Community College’s campaign to raise $10 Million in private philanthropy for the new School of Hospitality Management and Culinary Arts. She most recently worked at Fifth Third Bank as the Assistant VP and Community Development Communications Manager where she led internal and external communications for the Bank’s Corporate Responsibility Office. Prior to her time at Fifth Third she served at the City of Columbus as a Legislative Aide at City Council, and in the Mayor’s Office as Director of Communications.


Tyneisha holds a Master’s in Public Administration from the University of Pennsylvania’s Fels Institute of Government, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Spelman College. She is a Columbus resident who loves to travel, spend time with family and friends, and volunteer her time to a variety of efforts throughout the Central Ohio community.
