Jess Patterson

Program Director

Jess is a project management based professional with 14 years’ experience in the non-profit sector. Most recently Jess held the position of Archivist for Delta Gamma Fraternity. In this role Jess lead all historical educational and programming efforts. Jess was also responsible for directing an organizational equity assessment and contextualization endeavor in addition to being a key contributor on a large scale, cross departmental project for the 2023 sesquicentennial preparation.

Previous to her role at Delta Gamma, Jess served as the Loan and Special Projects Manager at the Affordable Housing Trust from 2011 through 2016. While holding this position Jess managed the loan portfolio and oversaw several functions of the business and operations.

Jess attended Ohio University where she earned her Bachelor of Specialized Studies. She currently lives in Worthington with her husband and three young daughters.
