Wade Jordan III

Wade Jordan III is the CEO of WJ3 Enterprises, Ltd, a Columbus based real estate development company that specializes in single family and multi-unit new construction, as well as general contractor work and property management. Wade has over 20 years of experience in the real estate field ranging from land acquisition, fix and flip, buy and hold, general construction, and project management. He also holds a local rental portfolio which keeps him active and tied to the community.

Wade is also the chairman of the nonprofit “On The Right Path”, offering affordable housing in the city of Columbus with its main focus on the Franklinton and hilltop areas. The nonprofit has begun solidifying great connections in the community with the City of Columbus land bank, Franklin County Land Trust and most notably the Affordable Housing Trust with “Build to Rent” models under construction currently.

Wade holds 2 A.A. degrees from Sinclair Community College one in Business admin, the other in supply chain Mgt. He is devoted to his family, faith, and community.
