Matthew Drane

Matthew Drane is a commercial real estate executive, broker and entrepreneur. In his full-time role, he serves as leader of agents and sales professionals, focused on selling commercial real estate. Matthew is responsible for acquisitions and brokerage operations of real estate salespersons, loan originators, administrative and support staff though Central Ohio and the Midwest.

As an entrepreneur and investor, he is actively acquiring and improving existing real estate (commercial and residential), purchasing and brokering mortgage notes and developing land (urban and rural). Prior to commercial real estate, Matthew contributed to the growth of several organizations, including two Fortune 500 companies. Over the years, he has developed an impressive track record of closing multi-million-dollar transactions and managing client relationships throughout the U.S., Middle East and Europe.

Matthew holds a B.S. from Miami University’s Richard T. Farmer Business School and an M.B.A. from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in Ohio, Maryland, Illinois, Virginia and the District of Columbia.
