Mashelle Williams-Gladney

Gertrude Wood Community Foundation

Mashelle is the Director of the Gertrude Wood Community Foundations’ Community Development and Housing Program. She currently oversees the development activity for both new construction and rehabbed properties in the Driving Park community.

She is also the owner of Blessed Hands Barbershop that has been in existence since November 2018 in the Mock Road community. Mashelle endeavors to establish a real estate rehab/investment company within the next few years.

Mashelle originated mortgage loans at National City Bank and for several mortgage brokers. She managed the Save the Dream Program at Ohio Housing Finance Agency, allowing homeowners to avoid foreclosure. Working in those capacities, she acquired a deep routed passion to educate, enlighten and empower individuals; providing the tools required to increase/maintain wealth through homeownership, entrepreneurship and to experience financial independence.

As the proud mother of two sons, Jereme and Jovaughn, bonus daughter, Takara and devoted wife to her husband Michael of 36 years, she strives to leave a legacy that extends beyond finances, but one of integrity, hard work and assisting others to become their best selves.
