Kenny Anunike

Kenny Anunike is a dynamic and up-and-coming developer with a passion for transforming properties and creating vibrant communities throughout Central Ohio. As the founder of KGNC Enterprises, he oversees real estate acquisitions, renovations, funding, sourcing, and property management. He is also the CEO of Skelo Wear, a protective equipment and AI powered training device company whose products enhance safety and skill development. 

Prior to his entrepreneurial pursuits, he was a decorated athlete and Super Bowl 50 Champion with the Denver Broncos. He was also an NCAA division I football coach at The Ohio State University and Fordham University. 

Kenny received his bachelor’s degree in Biological Anthropology & Anatomy from Duke University and holds master’s degrees from both Duke University and The Ohio State University. He returned to the Columbus Metropolitan area in 2021, where he resides with his wife and 2 children.
