Georgie Asfoura, Esq., M.Ed. is a Founder, Attorney, Real Estate Developer, and former Educator with a profound commitment to affordable housing. Drawing on a diverse background that includes overseeing an emergency women's shelter, managing crises at universities, and launching a real estate development company, Georgie has spent over a decade dedicated to fostering strong residential communities.

Georgie is the CEO and Founder of Georgette Properties, LLC, a real estate investment company based in Central Ohio. Under Georgie's leadership, the company focuses on ethically improving underperforming residential properties in low and middle-income neighborhoods to provide affordable housing solutions while delivering strong returns for investors.

Georgie’s legal practice focuses on contract, real estate, construction, and business law, providing invaluable counsel to small businesses and investors. She also serves as a Transmission Right of Way Agent at AEP in Columbus, managing complex easement and entitlement issues related to electric transmission facilities. 

Georgie's dedication extends to her current involvement Conscious Capitalism, Inc. and previous involvement with Homeport. Georgie holds a Real Estate Sales License through the Robert Weiler Co., a Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University, and a Master's in Education from Vanderbilt University. She is a “retired” Division I collegiate scholar-athlete.
