Eboni Eiland is the founder of Eiland Design Ink (EDI). As a trailblazing, visionary that has made her mark as a Columbus real estate investment company, EDI specializes in residential, multi-family, development construction and management.



Born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; Eboni moved to Columbus, Ohio and is a product of Columbus City Schools; graduating from Beechcroft High School. As a fashion trendsetter, Eboni had a keen eye for uniqueness and at a young age. Later, her passions disembogued into the architectural structures of buildings, finding her fervor brimming when viewing the city skyline.  In 2017, Eboni Eiland co-founded 360 Builders, LLC; involving acquisitions, negotiations, sales, finance, construction, and project management. Eboni is a Licensed General contractor and Home Improvement Contractor by the City of Columbus Building and Zoning Services. Certified by the State of Ohio as Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), Women Business Enterprise (WBE) and Encouraging Diversity Growth and Equity Program (EDGE).


 As an advocate of equality, sustainability, environmental injustices, and bridging gaps, Eboni was highlighted in The Columbus Dispatch’s article “Yours for a Cool Million”, where she was recognized for her audacious developer approach and her desire of raising the bar of her childhood near East side neighborhood where her 1-million dollar; 6,130 square foot home is noted in the news article. Eboni has also completed multiple residential new construction homes and has added over 4.1-million dollars in market value with new construction and renovations to Columbus’ South of Main and Southern Orchard areas. 


Prior to real estate, Eboni Eiland has exerted influence in other areas and has extensive experience in the growth of several organizations. Eboni co-founded a freight transportation company that was responsible for logistics and intermodal imports and exports that were apportioned in (48) states. Eboni also has (16) years of experience as a Licensed Managing Nail Technician at three salons and was the owner of II-Polished Hair and Nail Salon where she was nominated for ‘Columbus’ Best Nail Tech’.

Currently, Eboni is in her fourth year at The Ohio State University – The Knowlton School of Architecture and is the Co-Owner of S-697 Kennels of Columbus, Ohio where she provides training, boarding, breeding, grooming, and rescuing 100% American Bullies. With an altruistic spirit, Eboni serves as President of South of Main Civic Association; President of Non-Profit South of Main Futures, and served proudly as a former elected commissioner of The Near East Area Commission (NEAC), she keeps a pulse on community matters and is devoted to communal growth and support. Eboni does not cower to a challenge, but she enjoys spending time and making memories with her daughter; Neveah, and her family and friends.
