Deonte Holder

Deonte, the founder of Holder Property Group, is a real estate investment enthusiast with a passion for reinvigorating residential properties in Central Ohio and expanding his rental portfolio. 

He is currently diversifying his portfolio by adding a commercial unit in North Columbus. He plans to renovate the old bar and kitchen to create a vibrant and exciting space that will attract locals and visitors alike.

Apart from his entrepreneurial pursuits, Deonte also serves as a Bank Adviser at Adelphi Bank, the first Black-owned bank in Ohio, situated in Columbus. He is proud to be a part of an institution that makes a positive impact on his community.

Deonte's upbringing, shaped by his Jamaican mother and Trinidadian father, instilled in him the virtues of perseverance and diligence from an early age. He earned an MBA from Heidelberg University, where he also distinguished himself as a scholar and a basketball standout.
