Demetrius Carter is an entrepreneur, corporate executive, and an emerging developer with a focus on the mixed-use multifamily asset class and various types of private lending. Since 2018, Demetrius has steered Profound Visions Group (PVG) as CEO, spearheading their mission to tackle critical gaps in education, career access and community development. PVG’s team of strategic disruptors aim to create a new playbook for public private partnership enablement and activation by creating sound strategies, optimizing operations, accelerating transformation, and empowering businesses, education institutions, and their people to own their future. 

His Profound Vision for affordable housing is to serve as a catalyst in addressing the fundamental issues and challenges facing underserved communities with the objective of developing sustainable and thriving communities. PVG invests the time and resources to understand the needs of the community and harness the requisite resources to realize the vision for the long run. They understand the need for and have the expertise to evaluate and access the various economic incentive tools created for underserved markets and will seek to blend these tools and strategies with private equity and debt to obtain the funding required to finance development projects in these markets.
