Chris Macisco

Chris Macisco is the founder of Bushwood Investments LTD, a central Ohio real estate investment company that acquires, renovates and manages multi-family, residential and short-term rentals. Chris got into real estate during The Great Recession, acquiring his first investment property, and shortly thereafter, obtaining his Real Estate License. Several early acquisitions were success stories of working with the Franklin County Land Bank. In addition to his real estate portfolio, Chris is heavily involved in start-up entrepreneurial endeavors that are positioning to create solutions for today’s affordable housing crisis. 

Chris has been actively involved in the communities he has lived in over the years. He was appointed to the South Side Area Commission (by former Mayor Michael Coleman) working heavily on zoning and development issues. Most recently, he became Vice President of the Holiday Haven Members Association, a HOA for his Hocking County Short Term Rental. He was also involved in the creation of Veteran Companion Animal Services, a 501(c)(3) charity now located in Delaware, that places rescue dogs with veterans. After a several year renovation and addition to a 160-year-old farmhouse in major disrepair, Chris, his wife, and 2 young kids call Delaware home.
