Antoine Matthews

Antoine Matthews is a Senior Associate of CBRE Capital Markets in the Columbus office. In this capacity Antoine provides investment sales services to multifamily clients ranging from small private investors to large public entities. Since joining CBRE in 2014, Antoine has closed more than $700 million of transactions and advised clients on more than $1 billion worth of assignments. Antoine has worked in the commercial real estate industry for more than 19 years and earned the highly coveted Commercial Investment Member Designation (CCIM) in 2009. 

Prior to joining CBRE, Antoine had a successful career with Marcus & Millichap, specializing in the sale of Retail Shopping Centers and Net Leased Properties. During his tenure at Marcus & Millichap, he sold more than $200 million of investment real estate. Antoine began his career with Columbus based Continental Real Estate Companies where he was responsible for the marketing and leasing of more than one million square feet of retail properties throughout the Midwest. In addition to his leasing role, Antoine represented national retail and restaurant users such as Noodles & Company, Jersey Mikes, Ace Hardware and others in their site selection.
