Amalea Harding

Amalea Harding is the co-founder of Dream Living Homes and 10X Property Management, a local real estate re-development and property management firm that manages over 200 units of housing stock in the Columbus Metro market.

Her goal is to contribute to the transformation of communities through redevelopment of neglected and abandoned homes in underserved communities, providing clean and safe housing for all.



Amalea has a corporate background in underwriting serving the insurance industry in a variety of capacities. Some of her professional experiences include a myriad of roles in the insurance space where she has provided leadership to underwriting teams.

Amalea is a native of Guyana and holds a bachelor’s degree in Science from Howard University and a Masters in Community Health from Long Island University. Columbus has been her home along with her husband and 3 children for the past 8 years.
