Aaron McDaniel

Aaron McDaniel is the founder and principal of Blueprint Investments, a Columbus real estate investment company that specializes in residential, multi-family and development construction and management. Aaron has a broad range of experience within real estate that began with him being involved in acquisitions, negotiation, sales, finance, construction, property management, and project management. Blueprint has also partnered with the Columbus Museum of Arts on the Aminah Robinson project, a residential renovation of the home of the legendary artist which is also designated with a historic marker.

Aaron has been involved in his community, serving on the board of the Jefferson Avenue Center and as a member of the Urban Land Institute. In 2021, Aaron was honored as a Columbus Business First 40 under 40, and the year previous as a Future History Maker. Aaron graduated from Ohio University majoring in business and is married with two children. He enjoys traveling and spending time with his family.
